A CBCT scan and an honest assessment
A three-dimensional CBCT scan shows us your bone, nerves, and sinuses in exact detail. From that full picture we tell you honestly whether an implant is right for you, what preparation your site needs, and what the complete plan will cost.
Extraction and grafting, if needed
If a failing tooth must come out, we remove it gently and, where indicated, place a bone graft in the same visit to preserve the foundation your implant will need. The same chair and the same team, with no need to repeat your story.
A guide made for your anatomy
Your implant position is planned digitally on your CBCT scan, then the guide is printed here in our studio. It is a Type 4 guide, the most complete kind, controlling the drilling sequence and the final depth and alignment of the implant. Matched to your anatomy in fractions of a millimeter, it makes the surgery more precise, less invasive, and easier to recover from.
Guided placement
Placement through a fully guided template is precise and minimally invasive, typically shorter and easier than patients expect. Then the implant spends a few months fusing with your bone while you live your life.
The crown that completes it
Once integration is confirmed, we scan the implant digitally and deliver a custom crown matched to your neighboring teeth, designed and fitted by the same team that placed the implant.
