Much of Dr. Steven An’s work is restorative: fillings, crowns, and the crowns that complete a dental implant, each made to fit comfortably and match the teeth around it. He is an experienced general dentist at our Mountain View studio, and he provides the full range of care.
He trained at the University of the Pacific. Over many years in practice he has developed a particular interest in Invisalign and cosmetic dentistry alongside the restorative work. He plans Invisalign treatment from start to finish and follows each case through to the final aligner. In cosmetic work his aim is a result that looks natural and holds up over time. He keeps up with the materials and techniques in each of these areas.
He explains what he sees, lays out each option and what it involves, and is glad to answer questions along the way. A finished tooth from him should look and feel like it belongs, and that standard applies to a single filling as much as to a full set of crowns.
Away from the studio, he is an avid pickleball player.
